Installation

From Dashboard ( WordPress admin )

plugins -> Add New
search for ‘click to chat’
click on Install Now and then Activate.

using FTP or similar

Unzip “Click-to-Chat” file and
Upload “Click-to-Chat” folder to the “/wp-content/plugins/” directory.
Activate the plugin through the “Plugins” menu in WordPress.

WP-CLI Installation:

wp plugin install click-to-chat-for-whatsapp --activate
